Acceptable use policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects the stability, security, intellectual property and experience of users, customers and teams interacting with Aures Software.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use Aures Software, its products or services to:

• Distribute malware, backdoors, spam, phishing, misleading content or abuse infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, dashboards, APIs, servers, licenses or third-party information.
• Bypass, alter, disable, forge or manipulate licensing, activation, update or security systems.
• Resell, share, publish, leak or transfer licenses, private files, keys, tokens or protected downloads.
• Run abusive scraping, aggressive automated testing, denial of service or disproportionate resource consumption.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, data protection or applicable laws.

3. Security research

We accept responsible vulnerability reports. Testing must not affect availability, expose data, bypass payment controls, extract private information or compromise third-party services.

Findings must be reported privately before any publication. We do not offer automatic rewards unless previously agreed in writing.

4. Measures for breach

We may limit, suspend, revoke or terminate access, licenses, downloads, support or accounts when there is breach, technical risk, fraud, abuse, third-party claim or legal requirement.

A measure does not remove payment obligations, confidentiality duties, intellectual property restrictions or responsibilities arising from misuse.
