Digital license policy

1. License of use, not sale of software

Aures Software plugins are licensed, not sold as definitive property of the user. Payment enables a right of use conditioned by the plan, domain, activations, duration, support and published limits.

Aures Software retains ownership of the software, code, documentation, brand, design, architecture, protection systems and any future improvements.

2. Scope of authorized use

The license allows installation and use of the plugin on the sites, domains, environments or quantities purchased. Limits may be verified through technical activations associated with the domain, server, installation or environment.

• Per-domain licenses: use limited to the authorized number of domains or sites.
• Plan-based licenses: access to features according to the purchased modality.
• Updates: available according to license status and product conditions.
• Support: limited to the reasonable technical scope of the product and authorized channel.

3. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, the user may not:

• Resell, rent, sublicense, lend, share or transfer the license.
• Distribute the product, premium files, keys, tokens, private packages or updates outside authorized channels.
• Remove ownership notices, license controls, integrity checks or security mechanisms.
• Decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative products that substantially replicate the protected architecture.
• Use a license to operate third-party services, marketplaces, white-label products or mass distribution without a specific agreement.

4. Suspension or revocation

A license may be suspended, blocked or revoked when there is fraud, abuse, breach, reversed payment, unauthorized distribution, technical manipulation, security risk or legal requirement.

Revocation for breach does not transfer ownership or authorize continued use of older product versions.

5. Agency and end-client use

An agency may implement Aures Software plugins for an end client when the plan allows it and the license is correctly associated with the corresponding domain or owner.

The agency may not turn a license into a resellable product, redistributable package or independently transferable asset unless agreed in writing with Aures Software.
